Casual shoes – a retailer using multichannel

We come across many different retailers who use multichannel techniques to sell their products, some more successfully than others.  All of these retailers utilise a multichannel solution of some type.

Schoose.co.uk is the online website of Factory Footwear, a shoe retailer based in Cornwall offering a wide range of casual shoes , walking shoes  and infact many other different styles of shoe, boot and sandal.  This well established retailer utilises a multichannel solution which feeds into the shop till, website and many other online channels which enable the retailer to sell products both online and in-store.  Because the system in use is based around a centrallised stock control system all sales come back to the shop till, meaning that there aren’t multiple admin systems to worry about and there is never a worry about selling the same product twice across the different sales channels – a problem with other systems.
